Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager with around 3 years of proven experience in managing IT projects. The role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution ensuring on-time delivery aligning with business goals and managing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be based in Gurgaon and have hands-on experience in managing software development or IT infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Plan execute and deliver IT projects within defined scope time and budget.
- Define project objectives success criteria and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure including requirement gathering resource planning scheduling risk management and reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: developers QA DevOps and business stakeholders.
- Use project management tools (Jira MS Project Trello Asana etc.) to track progress and performance.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards security guidelines and organizational policies.
- Prepare project documentation including project plans status reports and risk registers.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication update leadership on progress and escalate issues when required.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager Project Coordinator or Associate Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira MS Project Confluence or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving decision-making and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
