Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager with around 3 years of proven experience in managing IT projects. The role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution ensuring on-time delivery aligning with business goals and managing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be based in Gurgaon and have hands-on experience in managing software development or IT infrastructure projects.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Plan execute and deliver IT projects within defined scope time and budget.
Define project objectives success criteria and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure including requirement gathering resource planning scheduling risk management and reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams: developers QA DevOps and business stakeholders.
Use project management tools (Jira MS Project Trello Asana etc.) to track progress and performance.
Ensure compliance with IT standards security guidelines and organizational policies.
Prepare project documentation including project plans status reports and risk registers.
Facilitate stakeholder communication update leadership on progress and escalate issues when required.
Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Primary Skillsets

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field.
3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager Project Coordinator or Associate Project Manager.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira MS Project Confluence or equivalent).
Excellent organizational leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving decision-making and communication abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
