You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced Manager EPC to oversee and manage end-to-end EPC projects in the solar domain. The role involves planning execution and successful delivery of projects within budget timeline and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in solar EPC excellent project management capabilities and proven leadership skills.
Project Management: Ensure timely execution and delivery of EPC projects within budget and quality standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers procurement specialists and construction professionals.
Engineering Oversight: Supervise design development and implementation while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Procurement Management: Handle tendering vendor negotiations contract finalization and supplier management.
Construction Supervision: Monitor construction activities with strict adherence to safety quality and timelines.
Risk Management: Identify analyze and mitigate risks to minimize project delays and financial impact.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients contractors and internal teams to ensure project success.
Strong technical knowledge of Solar EPC projects (Telecommunication Railways CM Kusum Component).
Expertise in project planning scheduling and budgeting.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities.
Ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualification: B.E. / in Engineering.
Preferred: Additional Diploma in relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Solar EPC or related industries (Telecommunication / Railways / CM Kusum projects).
Candidates from Solar EPC Telecommunication Railways or CM Kusum Component projects are highly preferred.
Required Skills:
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering (as per industry). Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit SolidWorks or other design tools is a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Full Time
