About the role
THIS WAY UP is a trusted Australian provider of evidence-based online mental health programs based at St Vincents Hospital Sydney and part of the St Vincents Virtual and Home Division.

This newly created role will coordinate a national project funded by the Australian Government to culturally adapt translate and implement a THIS WAY UP digital mental health program for a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) community.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a world-first model of digital mental health care with the potential for national scalability through genuine community engagement and co-design.

You will:

  • Work closely with our clinical and technical experts and community partners to create an inclusive solution that meets the needs of the identified community.

  • Lead co-design initiatives that ensure services are both clinically sound and culturally appropriate.

  • Guide the implementation of the service in collaboration with community partners.

  • Play a key role in bringing a new digital service to life shaping the future of mental health care across Australia.

About you

  • Demonstrated success leading complex multi-partner projects in service design development and implementation

  • Proven ability to build strong trusted relationships particularly with CALD communities and advocacy groups

  • Skilled in coordinating diverse teams and managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced environments

  • Hands-on experience overseeing co-design and user testing processes to deliver culturally relevant user-centred solutions
