We need you for:
Cross-departmental leadership and coordination of projects from innovative product developments to process optimizations and industrialization initiatives in production.
Creating and implementing strategic project plans with clear structure and timelines that ensure efficient resource allocation realistic budgeting and include robust risk and exit strategies.
Continuous monitoring of project progress through proactive time management and agile decision-making.
Evaluating reporting and presenting project results to stakeholders and senior management with clear impact.
Your profile:
Successfully completed technical or scientific training/degree.
Extensive experience in project management within the medical technology sector with a strong track record of leading complex high-impact projects.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on strategic decision-making change management and inspiring cross-functional teams and leading without authority.
Visionary and solution-oriented mindset with resilience and excellent communication skills to influence at all levels.
Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
Advanced experience with project management methodologies tools and ERP systems.
