Job Description
Marqea is building the worlds first AI-CMO engine giving every business a marketing team at their fingertips. As we scale our AI platform were looking for a technology leader who can own and drive all technical aspects of the company from hands-on AI development to long-term product vision
Tasks
- AI Developer: Youll be the lead engineer building and refining our AI-driven marketing engine working with cutting-edge LLMs automation frameworks and data systems.
- CTO: Youll set the technology vision own the architecture recruit and mentor engineers and work closely with the founders on strategy fundraising and scaling.
This role is for someone who is excited to code but also ready to lead a companys technical future.
Requirements
Strong background in AI/ML engineering (LLMs NLP automation API integrations).
- Hands-on coding ability (Python cloud platforms vector databases etc.).
- Previous leadership or senior engineering experience (CTO Lead Engineer or comparable).
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfort in a startup environment where speed adaptability and creativity matter.
- Ability to balance short-term builds with long-term vision.
Nice to Have
Experience scaling SaaS or AI startups.
- Knowledge of martech/marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with fundraising and investor interactions.
