The role covers market expansion multi-channel sales (general trade modern trade e-commerce) and building strong sales teams to achieve ambitious business targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national and regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage distribution networks key accounts and channel development to maximize coverage.
- Lead mentor and train sales teams to ensure strong performance and capability growth.
- Monitor sales operations analyze market trends and report opportunities/risks to leadership.
- Drive successful product launches promotional campaigns and merchandising activities.
- Ensure consistent growth in market share territory penetration and sales performance.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing International Business or related field.
- 5 years proven experience in sales and distribution leadership.
- Strong expertise in sales strategy channel & territory management and market expansion.
- Hands-on experience managing GT MT and e-commerce sales.
- Skilled in leadership CRM analytics negotiation and team development.
- Tech-savvy with ability to adapt in fast-changing markets.
