Job Summary
Our client in the retail industry is seeking a strategic IT leader to drive digital transformation omnichannel systems data security and customer loyalty platforms. The role focuses on retail IT systems large-scale project delivery and leading high-performing IT teams to support business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Vision Develop and execute IT roadmap aligned with business growth and digital transformation; implement solutions to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
- Omnichannel System Management Oversee POS e-commerce and mobile platforms; ensure seamless online and offline integration.
- Loyalty & Rewards Design and manage loyalty programs; use customer data to drive retention.
- External Integration & Partnerships Collaborate with vendors and franchisees; manage contracts and ensure IT standards compliance.
- Data & Security Implement data governance; ensure compliance with regulations and cybersecurity standards.
- Leadership & Team Building Build and lead a high-performing IT team; foster continuous learning and innovation.
- Budgeting & Vendor Management Manage IT budget; oversee vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field; advanced certifications (PMP ITIL) advantageous.
- IT leadership experience in retail or franchise environment.
- Proven track record in large-scale IT projects and systems integration.
- Expertise in POS ERP and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.
- Excellent project management organizational and communication skill.
