Role Summary
The Sales Leader oversees and drives sales performance for Companys development projects. The role involves building and managing a sales team implementing sales strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction aligned with Companys community-first mission.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit train and manage the sales team.

Lead daily meetings and monitor team performance.

Support the team in lead generation and deal closing.
-
Coordinate with Marketing and Events teams for campaigns and activations.
-
Ensure excellent customer service (sales through service).
-
Handle VIP clients and resolve customer issues.
-
Prepare regular sales reports (daily/weekly).
-
Maintain professional networks and market knowledge.
Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
-
Minimum 3 years experience in Sales Marketing or Business Development (real estate preferred).

Proven success in achieving/exceeding sales targets.
-
Strong leadership coaching and communication skills.
-
Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
-
Independent organized and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

48 hours/week (roster-based Mon-Sun 9 AM6 PM).
