About the Role:
Our client a prestigious international law firm renowned for its global reach and sophisticated legal services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join its Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team. Key Responsibilities:
- Support lawyers in managing complex DCM transactions
- Draft and review transaction documents such as board resolutions closing checklists and certificates.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing client presentations and pitch materials.
- Maintain and organize transaction files and manage post-closing documentation.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stock exchanges for listing and compliance matters.
Requirements:
- Law degree with a minimum 5 years of paralegal experience with a strong focus on Debt Capital Markets.
- Prior experience working in international law firms is essential.
- Excellent understanding of capital markets instruments and transaction lifecycle.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English Cantonese and Mandarin
