Responsibilities
- Provide one-stop quality human resources services to client departments of Hong Kong Property in relation to recruitment benefits administration and staff case management
- Perform business partner role to provide professional advice to line managers on manpower resourcing and staff deployment for ensuring smooth implementation of change programmes
- Support policy formulation review and implementation to ensure statutory compliance and corporate governance
- Prepare statistics and reports to facilitate management review and decision
- Undertake HR projects and transformation initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Sound knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good communication and problem solving skills as well as the ability to think proactively and work under tight schedule independently
