As an intern in our Project Management Office (PMO) within Global Business Services (GBS) you will gain hands-on experience by supporting global transformation projects mainly in HR Finance and related domains. You will be involved in key administrative and coordination tasks work closely with experienced Project Managers and contribute to meaningful initiatives across a diverse international environment.
Support 12 global projects or transitions alongside experienced project managers
Coordinate and organize recurring meetings sessions and workshops
Track progress and contribute to monitoring project goals and timelines
Prepare project documentation meeting agendas invitations and minutes
Follow up with stakeholders to gather input and ensure deliverables
Collect and compile KPIs and project data for reporting
Analyze and present project metrics (cost time quality)
Develop engaging project presentations for internal stakeholders
Maintain and clean up the digital project document library
Assist in improving internal PMO tools and processes
Manage and respond to project-related queries and emails
You are currently enrolled in the 3rd year of a Bachelors program or a Masters degree (e.g. Business Administration Finance Computer Science International Relations)
You are available 45 days per week (3240h/week)
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive hands-on mindset with attention to detail
Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Digital literacy and adaptability to new tools
Motivation to work in an international and fast-paced environment
