Job Summary
Your mission
- Assist with front desk duties: welcoming visitors answering calls and managing mail
- Support the coordination of office supplies deliveries and inventory
- Help organize meetings events and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update internal documentation and filing systems
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a relevant MBO/HBO/University program (e.g. Business Administration Office Management)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team
