Your role and learning opportunity

As a Marketing Communications Intern you will support our marketing team in executing various communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage our target audience. This role offers hands-on experience in crafting compelling content managing digital platforms coordinating our Events calendar and support in Event execution and assisting with marketing campaigns.

Youll have the chance to learn from and contribute to our MarComm team supporting exciting projects in PR Content Design and Product Marketing.

NOTE:

This internship duration is 5-6 months full-time 40 hours /week.
The start date is ASAP.
This position does not meet the criteria for employer sponsorship therefore we are unable to support work permit or residency applications. Candidates must be already based in The Netherlands ideally near Amsterdam. Transportation allowance is offered however accommodation is not provided.

Youll make an impact by

Owning our Social Media visual assets and help creating posts for our LinkedIn
Assisting with uploading written and visual content to keep our company website up-to-date
Assisting in keeping our Event and speaker calendar up-to-date for all spokespeople as well as actively researching for new opportunities for Skytree to participate in Events that target our customer segments
Support with Internal Comms where needed (e.g. support keeping our Knowledge Base on Confluence up-to-date Slack hygiene)
Owning our monthly reporting to keep our Marketing and Commercial success up-to-date
Media monitoring: daily news check and discovering opportunities for newsjacking and ideas for content creation
Support in video creation & design tasks where necessary

What were looking for

You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications Advertising or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Proactive attitude and eager to take on new challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and organized approach in handling tasks.
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects.
Strong communication skills in English Dutch is a bonus.
Familiarity with Project management systems like is a bonus
You are already based in the Netherlands within commuting distance to Amsterdam.
