- Finalization of Compensation & Benefits overview across the region
What this role is about
As a Compensation & Benefits Intern youll support our HR team in maintaining and improving our systems data and reporting processes. Youll work closely with the Comp & Ben Manager and HR Business Partners gaining a full picture of how compensation and benefits are structured and managed in a global organization.
Youll start by helping with administrative and reporting tasks and as you grow in confidence youll get more involved in analysis and project-related work.
What you will be doing
- Supporting the Comp & Ben overview project verifying pension and insurance details with HRBPs
- Maintain and update HR systems (Yoda e-Flow SAP) with compensation and allowance data
- Assist in preparing and checking pension invoices (downloading from portals allocating cost centres sending to Finance)
- Supporting off-boarded employees
- Perform regular data checks reconciliations and generate reports
- Support the transition to a new payroll provider by feeding and validating data
- Create Excel reports and charts (pivot tables pie charts summaries)
- Handle confidential HR data responsibly
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and HR support tasks
What makes you a great fit
- Currently studying Human Resources Compensation & Benefits Finance or Business Administration at a Bachelors or Masters level
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables charts data validation)
- Enjoy working with systems numbers and data accuracy
- Detail-oriented organized and proactive
- Great communication skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Eager to learn from others
- Active enrolment in EU university for the duration of the internship
