About the Role

The Service Drive Brand Ambassador is the first point of contact for our guests and is responsible for delivering a welcoming professional and seamless service experience. This role ensures each customer is greeted promptly directed appropriately and provided with an exceptional brand-level experience that reflects the standards of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet all service drive customers and create a positive first impression

Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area

Assist with loaner car check-in/check-out process and explain transportation options (shuttle Lyft waiting lounge)

Ensure vehicles are tagged parked and staged properly for service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive customer lounge and reception area

Provide updates on wait times or advisor availability

Assist with light administrative tasks such as printing repair orders answering phones or handling service inquiries

Support service events promotions and customer appreciation initiatives as requested

Represent the dealerships culture values and brand standards at all times

Qualifications

Previous customer service hospitality or retail experience preferred

Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-traffic environment

Reliable punctual and team-oriented

Valid drivers license with clean driving record required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Schedule/Compensation

Full-time; hourly from $18.00 (DOE)
