Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Account Assistant to support daily account operations and ensure seamless service delivery to our clients. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships coordinating service requests and assisting with account documentation and follow-up. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring timely response to service needs.

  • Support the preparation of reports proposals and service agreements.
