WeCare tlc a woman-owned mission-driven healthcare company is looking for a Content & Communications Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape both business development and patient engagement for an industry disruptor in employer-sponsored advanced primary care.

What Youll Do:

Create compelling sales materials (case studies ROI one-pagers presentations) to help shorten long B2B sales cycles.
Develop patient-facing campaigns (emails posters toolkits) that drive utilization at no-cost employer health centers.
Ghostwrite thought leadership pieces for our CEO and leadership team.
Keep campaigns on track from kickoff to launch ensuring deadlines are met and results are measured.
Be the voice and guardian of WeCare TLC across platforms ensuring our brand is consistent approachable and impactful.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in related field.
3 years in content communications or marketing.
A portfolio that shows strong writing skills across multiple audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
A natural storyteller who understands both strategy and execution.
Experience in healthcare or B2B professional services is a plus.
