Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Agent to join our team in Atlanta this role you will be responsible for ensuring consistent and high-quality communication between our internal departments clients and partners. You will serve as a key representative of our brand voice helping to maintain our reputation for clarity trust and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate communication across multiple channels to ensure message consistency.
Draft edit and proofread company materials including reports presentations and correspondence.
Support the development and delivery of communication strategies for ongoing projects.
Liaise between departments to facilitate information flow and operational alignment.
Monitor feedback and ensure prompt professional responses to client and partner inquiries.
