Your Tasks
Role Purpose:
Responsible for asset reliability execution of technical projects and supervision of specialized technical services. Leads world-class maintenance programs drives continuous improvement and operational excellence and fosters a culture of safety sustainability and technical talent development.
Main Accountabilities:
- Lead and ensure reliable operation of industrial services (energy water compressed air refrigeration effluent treatment etc.).
- Manage building facilities and support equipment maintenance.
- Lead capital projects related to infrastructure energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Oversee contractor and supplier management ensuring compliance with quality safety and cost standards.
- Drive continuous improvement practices to optimize equipment reliability and availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements applicable to the food/pharmaceutical sector.
Your Profile
Knowledge skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Robotics Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial services and facilities preferably in food or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management maintenance KPIs TPM and sustainability programs.
- Demonstrated leadership negotiation and contractor management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- SAP knowledge in PM module.
