Your impact at MUFG

Join our dynamic team at the Core Compliance Department (Amsterdam) as a Working Student. You will become an integral part of the department becoming familiar with and contributing to the Banks key administrative tasks.

This role will give you the opportunity to gain real work experience in an international corporate setting/financial institution while developing Core Compliance knowledge and skills for your professional development.

The role includes the following:

• Executing administrative tasks supporting various organizational tasks such as (presentations scheduling etc.) for Roadshow
• Helping establish a sharepoint database to link to AI solution to create a chatbox/FAQ mechanism
• Support ad-hoc tasks such as helping SMEs with gap assessment comparisons between policies
• Support administration of regulatory change tools (user management data registration data analysis etc)
• Support secretary activities for Compliance Committees
• Support various reporting and MI (such as central schedule list management)
• Support ad-hoc initiatives (such as enhancing MBE compliance web page and compliance process automation)

In order to be successful in the role you will need the following:

Skills and experience:

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student with interest in or affinity with Law Finance Tech or a related field;
• Excellent attention to detail proactive hands-on;
• Analytical skills;
• Fluency both verbal and in writing in English is a must;
• Interpersonal and networking skills.
• IT skills affinity with Microsoft 365 tools is a plus.
