In the Netherlands Amplifon operates as Beter Horen with around 150 points of sale and 700 dedicated professionals that empower people to discover all the emotions of sound. For our local office in Utrecht The Netherlandswe are looking for a talented person to join our finance team as a Planning & Control Manager reporting into the Netherlands Head of Finance.

What we are looking for

The Netherlands Planning & Control Manageracts as a key business partner for country functions and retail operations directly supporting commercial teams in financial planning/budgeting and performance monitoring. This role provides financial insights to drive decision-making optimize profitability and manage costs ensuring alignment with regional and global financial strategies. By working closely with retail and business leaders the manager identifies growth opportunities improves operational efficiency and ensures financial sustainability at the country level. They also contribute to sales performance analysis investment planning and the continuous improvement of financial processes to support business success.

Key activities include:

  • Act as a Finance Business Partner working closely with the finance team the Management team in the Country and the Emea Region
  • Perform planning and control activities for actual closing (closing procedure within the group timeline support external auditors for the closing and internal auditors when needed) and lead 3 Years Strategic Plan and monthly Forecast
  • Liaison with Corporate and countries for ensuring the deployment of the Global strategy

What youll need

  • Master degree in Economics or related fields
  • 6-8 years of experience in Planning & Control function
  • Financial analysis and business case evaluation including KPI tracking cost monitoring and ROI assessment.
  • Strategic planning forecasting and financial closing ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to drive financial performance.
  • Advanced data analytics and reporting using financial systems (Oracle Power BI Excel) to support decision-making.
