Position Highlights

Title: Purchasing Manager

Reports To: General Manager

Hybrid Opportunity mix of onsite and remote flexibility

Background Requirements

Proven purchasing experience within a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in ERP systems (MAX Dynamics required; SAP experience strongly preferred)

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives

Oversee Purchasing Shipping & Receiving and Warehouse operations

Source and evaluate suppliers manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

Implement policies and KPIs for effective material planning and inventory management

Lead ERP transition from MAX Dynamics to SAP

Ensure material availability meets production and customer delivery schedules

Lead department budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain a safe and compliant working environment

Train and onboard departmental employees
