Job Description
Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount is looking for a versatile and dependable Automotive Utility Technician to join our team. This is a floater position designed for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be flexible eager to learn and able to step into different areas as needed - from detailing vehicles to light mechanical work to helping with pick-up and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing to dealership standards
- Complete oil changes and light maintenance services
- Assist with light mechanical work on pre-owned vehicles as needed
- Support dealership operations with vehicle pick-up and delivery
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership professionally
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in detailing lube/oil change or automotive service preferred
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Team player with a positive attitude
