DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Installation of Branson machines
- Set-up of equipments during installation and training of users
- Calibration of equipments/machines
- Diagnose and repair equipments when necessary
- Perform on-site diagnostics of potential failures
- Write visit reports summarizing failure analysis actions taken and actions to be implemented to correct defects
- Contribute to the proper functioning of laboratory equipment
- Provide phone technical support to customers for technical issues
- Provide technical support to customers for integrating our equipment into automated assembly lines
- Organize and plan annual calibration of measuring equipment
- Organize after-sales service and spare parts
- Work in collaboration with the technical support team in the Geneva office
- Prepare quotes for spare parts / repairs
For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Mechanical engineering polymechanic background
- BTS in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance
- Languages : Swiss-german / English / French
