Job Summary
Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Support Supervisor focuses on managing and optimizing the districts reporting processes overseeing the accurate and timely reporting of student data in compliance with FTE guidelines. Manages FTE-related documentation and provides training and support to school staff.
Essential Functions
accuracy and completeness of student data including attendance membership and course information.
training and support to school staff on FTE procedures data entry and reporting requirements.
in FTE audits prepares and submits reports and resolves discrepancies that are identified.
communicate with school administrators and relevant staff regarding FTE-related information.
and work with SIS and IT Staff to maintain edit correction reports recommends and responds to inquiries regarding proper procedures and assists in resolving unusual and complex problems.
other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in FTE reporting online registration and student information system management.
Certification/Licenses: N/A
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of current Microsoft server and workstation operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL database administration
- Strong word processing email and calendar tool spreadsheet project management diagramming database and presentation software skills
- Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong oral written and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical users
- Ability to prepare and maintain appropriate technical and user documentation
- Ability to provide technical assistance and training to users
- Ability to provide high levels of support of end users
- Ability to design workflow and procedures
- Ability to ensure timely resolution to systems errors
- Ability to develop recommend and implement continuous improvement processes
- Ability to work with people of different cultures and levels of business organization
- Ability to manage team activities
