Customer Support Representative (English B2) On-site Athens Greece

Are you a Greek speaker looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing and innovative tech environment We are currently hiring Customer Support Representatives to join a leading payment systems company in Athens. As part of the support team you will play a key role in assisting users ensuring smooth transactions and providing top-tier service in a dynamic customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Greek-speaking customers with inquiries troubleshooting and payment-related issues

  • Deliver support in English at B2 level for internal communication and documentation

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer requests

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Greek

  • Solid command of English (minimum B2 level)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required

  • Comfortable working on-site in Athens
