Key Responsibilities:
Assist Greek-speaking customers with inquiries troubleshooting and payment-related issues
Deliver support in English at B2 level for internal communication and documentation
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer requests
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Requirements:
Fluency in Greek
Solid command of English (minimum B2 level)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required
Comfortable working on-site in Athens
