Job Title: German Customer Support Specialist B2C
Location: Bulgaria On-Site (opportunity for hybrid after 6 months based on performance)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 21:00 (8 hour shifts)
Languages: German C1 English B1/B2
Who We Are:
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic B2C team in Bulgaria. You will handle customer inquiries via email and phone providing excellent support and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
What Youll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Provide guidance and solutions related to products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the customer experience.
What Were Looking For:
German C1 and English B1/B2.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Ability to work on-site in Bulgaria (EU residency card or refugee card required; work permits and blue cards are not accepted).
Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: 3895 BGN gross/month
Monthly Allowances: 50 BGN net for transport/internet
