Position Highlights
Title: Technical Program Lead
Full Time Direct Hire
Background Requirements
Engineering degree in BSME or equivalent degree from a four-year college or university is required
Fluency in Chinese is a must
5 years of engineering experience experience with design/manufacturing/automation is preferred
Experience in FATP and consumer electronics is preferred
Job Responsibilities
Manage on-going programs from the technical side.
Develop and maintain relationship with customer engineering and TPL team
Be customers liaison for engineering and technical conversation and project communication
Help factory clarify technical questions and transform customer requirements into clear actionable items for the factory team and communicate and drive the team to provide on-time proposals

Challenge: This position Technical Program Lead (Mechanical Focused) is centered around managing and facilitating the technical aspects of ongoing programs particularly in the field of mechanical engineering with a focus on design manufacturing and customer interaction.
Location: Preference is given to candidates in the Boston area or those willing to relocate
