To address the most critical needs of our clients RSM US LLP has established the Security Privacy and Risk Services group comprised of more than 150 professionals dedicated exclusively to serving the cyber security needs of our clients. This group includes experienced consultants located throughout the US India and El Salvador dedicated to helping clients with preventing detecting and responding to security threats that may affect their critical systems and data. We serve a diverse client base within a variety of industries and we are relied upon to provide expertise within areas of security testing architecture governance compliance and digital forensics.
We are looking to hire a Senior Associate for our Security Privacy and Risk practice. The ServiceNow Senior Associate is responsible for developing and customizing ServiceNow applications workflows and modules to support the organizations cyber risk and privacy initiatives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders the ServiceNow Developer will design and implements ServiceNow Risk solutions ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements configure the ServiceNow platform and create automated workflows in Policy and Compliance Management Risk Management Audit Management Vendor Risk Management Security Operations Business Continuity Management Privacy Management and Environmental Social & Governance process.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain ServiceNow Risk applications: Policy and Compliance Management Risk Management Audit Management Vendor Risk Management Security Operations Business Continuity Management Privacy Management and Environmental Social & Governance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document risk solutions requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement automated workflows and integrations to streamline risk processes.
Perform testing debugging and troubleshooting of ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow risk applications and functionalities.
Stay updated with ServiceNow platform releases new features and industry trends related to risks.
Lead and Communicate complex GRC technical issues to client senior management through the ability to transform such data to operations personnel and executive style reports and presentations.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and obtain approvals for solution designs and implementations.
Manage project deliverables ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications
2- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow GRC development
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field from an accredited college/university
Strong technical knowledge in GRC Tools: ServiceNow (preferred) Archer AuditBoard OneTrust and other leading tools
Knowledge of the regulations and standards such as ISO 27001 NIST 800 Series PCI-DSS GPDR HIPPA etc.
Knowledge of ServiceNow risk modules such as Policy and Compliance Management Risk Management Audit Management Vendor Risk Management Security Operations Business Continuity Management Privacy Management and Environmental Social & Governance.
Demonstrates thorough abilities to identify and address client needs including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and understand the clients business.
Proven people skills demonstrate thorough knowledge and/or a proven track record of success with operating in a professional services firm or large consultancy.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certification: Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Mandatory) and one of other specialized certifications like Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Security Operations (SecOps) Vendor Risk Management (VRM) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
Preferrable to have Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP); Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Information Security Manager (CISM); or equivalent security certifications
Excellent written oral presentation skills innovative thinker
A proven record of success working seamlessly in a virtual environment to complete projects with team members based in various locations domestically and globally.
Demonstrates creative thinking individual initiative and flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting languages
Expertise in ServiceNow API integrations
Ability to learn other risk technologies as required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

At RSM an employees pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including but not limited to education skills work experience certifications location etc. As such pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $85100 - $161700Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
