An IT Solutions company is looking for a Senior Desktop & Office 365 Engineer to deliver outstanding support to our clients and keep their IT environments running smoothly.
In this role you will take ownership of Office 365 administration desktop support and troubleshooting across a wide range of technical issues.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems works smart and independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and accountability are valued.
Port Elizabeth Permanent R25 000 pm In-Office
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve client support tickets via email or phone.
Configure client software email accounts and troubleshoot related issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 portal and Exchange.
Conduct regular patch management hardware support and antivirus updates via RMM tools.
Academic Requirements:
A 2 or 3-year Diploma in IT support services or
A and N certifications.
If you have additional certifications or qualifications let us know as we value a well-rounded technical foundation.
Work Experience:
45 years in a similar Support or Engineering role.
Strong hands-on experience with Office 365:
User management (Azure AD sync or cloud).
Exchange and mailbox troubleshooting.
Spam filtering mail tracing and DNS management.
