Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Office Administrator to step in for our client and provide essential support during an employee leave of absence (exact duration to be determined). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment and is comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks including payroll benefits coordination accounts receivable and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

  • Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness

  • Greet visitors and manage front door traffic professionally

  • Receive and distribute incoming packages and deliveries to employees

  • Monitor and restock office supplies as needed

  • Handle light physical tasks such as packing boxes assembling kits and stuffing envelopes (particularly in preparation for conferences and events)

Payroll & Benefits

  • Process payroll accurately and on time in coordination with our HR/payroll system

  • Assist with benefits administration including new hire enrollments changes and general employee inquiries

Accounting Support

  • Manage accounts receivable including following up on outstanding payments

  • Support invoicing processes by generating and tracking client invoices
