Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate skilled and dedicated ABA Special Education Teacher to join our team in supporting students with diverse learning needs. This role combines the responsibilities of a certified special education teacher with the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create individualized data-driven instructional and behavioral Duties:Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with ABA differentiated instruction tailored to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) developmental delays and other evidence-based ABA strategies such as discrete trial training (DTT) natural environment teaching (NET) and task academic social and functional skills into daily Support:Collaborate with BCBAs to design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust and supervise paraprofessionals and RBTs in ABA techniques and classroom positive behavior supports and proactive classroom management & Communication:Work closely with families therapists and multidisciplinary teams to support student in IEP meetings parent conferences and team planning accurate documentation and progress & Competencies:Strong classroom management and behavior intervention communication and collaboration empathy and a passion for helping students reach their to adapt instruction and interventions based on student data.
