| Job Description |
Summary Join a supportive elementary community known for strong collaboration and inclusive programming. Lead a substantially separate ABA based classroom serving young learners with Autism while working closely with BCBAs paraprofessionals and related service providers to support meaningful growth through the full school year. What You Will Do - Teach and support students in a structured ABA classroom grades one through three.
- Implement discrete trial instruction behavior plans and whole group academics.
- Provide direct instruction small group work and 1:1 interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with paras specialists and general education for specials participation.
- Manage IEPs for the full classroom including goals services meetings and documentation.
- Maintain data behavior tracking and consistent communication with the team.
- Participate in after school meetings one to two times per month.
Experience You Will Need - Massachusetts teaching license in Moderate Disabilities or Severe Disabilities.
- Experience supporting students with Autism and ABA based programming.
- Comfort with discrete trial instruction behavior plans and structured routines.
- Strong collaboration organization and IEP management skills.
