Our Council is relentlessly resident-focused insight-led digitally driven and commercially minded; a Council focused on meeting the needs of our existing and future residents.

About the role:

Working style: Hybrid working 3-4 days on-site 1 day work from home.

This pivotal role is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of Damp & Mould cases across the London Borough of Waltham Forests housing portfolio. In addition you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed digital records generating regular reports on performance case resolution and risk and ensuring that all relevant information is correctly entered and updated in the Councils asset management database. This supports wider asset intelligence regulatory reporting and long-term investment planning.

The role places a strong emphasis on resident engagement and satisfaction requiring a resident-focused and empathetic approach.
