Job Summary
Are you an experienced and strategic School Business Manager looking for a role where you can make a significant impact A high-performing secondary school in Leicester is seeking a School Business Manager to lead finance HR operations and compliance across the school.
About the Role:
This full-time permanent leadership position begins January 2026. You will oversee the schools financial strategy manage HR processes ensure health & safety and safeguarding compliance lead the administrative and site teams and work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to support whole-school improvement.
