Responsibilities:
Administer medications accurately and in accordance with state regulations and company protocols
Document medication administration and communicate any concerns or changes to the community director
Provide daily care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs) including grooming dressing and mobility
Assist with meal service and hydration ensuring residents dietary needs are met
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to help maintain a clean comfortable living environment
Build strong trusting relationships with residents and families
Participate in care team meetings and contribute to personalized care plans
Support a clean safe and engaging environment for all residents
Respond to resident needs promptly and with empathy
Lead or assist with engaging activities and social interactions to promote resident well-being and cognitive stimulation
- Willing and able to lift over 25 pounds for tasks such as transferring residents
Uphold Fox Trails values of respect compassion and person-centered care
Experience & Qualifications:
Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification for the state of New Jersey required
Previous experience in memory care assisted living or senior care preferred (but not required)
Basic knowledge of medication administration procedures and documentation
Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds and assist in transfers

This position is available for Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem/ALL Shifts
