Job Description
Were looking for a Maintenance Technician who can knock out the day to day work that keeps customers coming back. Oil changes tire rotations brakes batteries alignments inspections and basic diagnostics will be your bread and butter. If youre dependable hungry to learn and committed to doing quality work this role will give you a solid foundation and a clear path to grow into a B or A level tech.

Work Requirements
Work Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Saturdays as needed
Ability to Commute: Narragansett RI required
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance including oil changes rotations fluid services filters and batteries
Complete brake jobs basic suspension work and light general repairs
Conduct multi point inspections and document findings accurately
Keep bays clean organized and safe
Communicate clearly with advisors and technicians on repair needs
Follow all Ford service procedures and safety guidelines
Assist the team with shop duties and additional work as needed
Maintain a professional and efficient workflow
Qualifications
1 plus year of basic automotive maintenance experience preferred
Strong understanding of fundamental repair and service procedures
Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle physical demands of the job
Willingness to learn and take on more complex work over time
Solid communication skills and dependable work habits
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ford experience is a plus but not required
