Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a child in our Virginia Beach clinic. This position offers consistent weekly hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through high-quality in-clinic ABA services.
Position Details
- Location: Virginia Beach VA
- Setting: In-clinic
- Schedule:
- Monday: 3:00 PM6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM2:00 PM
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: 2:00 PM6:00 PM
- Compensation: $21$26 per hour
- Certification Required: Active RBT
What Youll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a structured clinic environment
- Follow treatment goals developed by a supervising BCBA
- Support communication social and independence skill development
- Record accurate session and behavior data in electronic systems
- Participate in supervision and team communication as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional presence with children and families
What Were Looking For
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to work the exact schedule listed
- Strong communication and reliability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay engaged during active sessions

Required Education:
