Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic team. This position provides consistent daytime hours supporting children with autism through structured high-quality ABA therapy.
Position Details
- Location: In-clinic (Virginia)
- Schedule:
- Monday: 10:00 AM5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM5:00 PM
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 10:00 AM5:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM5:00 PM
- Compensation: $21$26 per hour
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Certification Required: Active RBT
What Youll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured clinic environment
- Implement treatment goals created by a supervising BCBA
- Support communication social and daily living skill development
- Record accurate session and behavior data using electronic systems
- Participate in supervision and team communication
- Maintain a positive professional presence with children and families
What Were Looking For
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to work the schedule listed
- Reliable professional and comfortable in an active setting
- Able to lift 50 lbs and remain engaged throughout sessions
