First point of contact for HR queries
Carry out all employee life-cycle administration including but not limited to new offer letters and contracts onboarding leaver and promotions.
Conduct face to face new joiner inductions.
Enusre all systems and records are kept up to date and are accurate.
Preparing data for the monthly payroll across Europe and working with payroll provider to ensure accurate payments.
Assist in recruitment administration.
Co-ordinate and execute 1 5 & 10 year award gifts.
Job Requirements
2 - 4 years experience within an HR administration role
Experience of Workday (HRIS)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong IT skills
Can do positive approach
