Your Mission
Youll be in charge of launching FoodFlow in Belgium.
As both a top performer and a leader your role will be to hit and exceed the Belgian Business Plan.
Lead and support the sales team on a daily basis (goal tracking coaching motivation).
Run regular check-ins (daily/weekly meetings) to keep the team aligned.
Manage your own sales pipeline and set the bar for performance.
Convert as many clients as possible with a short sales cycle (call on-site meetings in restaurants).
Achieve and surpass the targets of the Belgian FoodFlow Business Plan.
