Job Summary
Main role is to recruit the partners and partners will recruit Agency
Proactively engage with partners & Agency to generated through various channels including but not limited to
digital marketing referrals and walk-ins.
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their insurance needs
and provide customized solutions.
Present and explain insurance products effectively addressing any concerns and objections to
facilitate lead conversion.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for lead generation and
conversion.
