Job Summary

Job Description:

Project Planning and Execution: Lead end-to-end project implementations using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Develop detailed project plans define scope goals and deliverables and manage resources and timelines.
Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance and serve as an escalation point for Salesforce developers architects and business analysts. Ensure technical designs and configurations align with Salesforce best practices and architectural guidelines.
Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders providing regular status updates managing expectations and simplifying complex technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks issues and dependencies developing and executing mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery and successful outcomes.
Hands-on Contribution: Utilize strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform including declarative tools (Flow Process Builder) and a basic grasp of programmatic elements (Apex Lightning Components) to step in and support the team when needed.
Quality Assurance: Oversee testing processes (QA and UAT) and change management activities to ensure high-quality deployments and user adoption.
Process Improvement: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives) and identify opportunities for process improvements in project delivery and DevOps practices
