Mission Statement
Drive profitable sales team growth in Auto Tier1 market particular in metal components and NEV related. Develop implement and manage the global/local account strategy focused on share of wallet growth profitability and customer satisfaction. Manager the sales team activities and resolution of customers problems.
Based in Shanghai.
Your responsibilities
- Achieve team budget including 3rd order margin cash flow etc.
- Develop good network internally with backend marketing and other LBL/LPG
- Good connection between local and global team
- Managing sales team to extend and penetrate business with current global and local key accounts.
- Managing sales team to explore and develop new customers switch customers and system integrators from competitors mainly in automotive metal structure parts such as new energy vehicle (NEV) battery battery tray chassis etc.
- Establish Roadmaps per offering (Robots Robot Cells Full Turn-key Solutions and Customer Service) for the end customers and system integrators.
- Being responsible to deliver the annual sales target in terms of value and margin drive sustainable business growth.
- Monitoring and analyzing the competition in the market and collecting market status and trend.
- Complete the necessary reporting documents and tasks required by the company timely.
Your background
- Nice and outgoing personality enterprising aggressive love sports good at teamwork.
- 4 Sales and marketing experience in automotive industry.
- First-hand knowledge and network of automation in Automotive industry is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
- A bachelors degree or above.
- Fluency in reading and writing in English is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoftofficesoftware.
