The Face-to-Face Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and growing our direct in-person marketing efforts. This role oversees the canvassing team and manages all face-to-face events ensuring that both are executed with professionalism consistency and measurable results. The ideal candidate is a strong leader organized and motivated by results with a passion for driving local community engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvassing Team Management
- Recruit train and manage canvassing team members.
- Maintain scripts and pitches and create territory plans for door-to-door outreach.
- Set daily/weekly goals and track performance metrics for the canvassing team.
- Coach team members on professionalism customer service and conversion techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company standards brand image and community guidelines.
Face-to-Face Event Management
- Plan organize and execute in-person events such as home shows community events and sponsorship activations.
- Oversee event setup staffing lead generation and customer engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design event materials signage and giveaways.
- Train event staff to confidently represent the brand and generate quality leads.
Performance & Reporting
- Establish KPIs for canvassing and event efforts including leads generated appointments booked and conversion rates.
- Monitor results and provide weekly reports to leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and improve face-to-face marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in team management preferably in canvassing sales or event marketing.
- Strong leadership coaching and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong planning and execution ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
- Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends required).
