What You ll Do
- Provide exceptional service and support to new and existing clients by phone email and in-person
- Guide clients through policy changes billing claims and coverage questions
- Ensure every interaction is smooth professional and positive
- Maintain accurate client records and support team goals
- Contribute to your teams success through relationship-building and retention
What You Bring
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A positive solutions-focused mindset and attention to detail
- A desire to learn grow and make a difference for clients
- Prior experience in customer service or insurance preferred
- Must be licensed in insurance (or willing to obtain we can help!)
