Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as team or project lead and support for TA Leadership team.
  • Advise senior leadership on strategy market trends and best practices with supporting data.
  • Player/Coach and leading by example to help mentor other team members.
  • Run point on hiring executive (C-suite) level candidates.
  • Action oriented and helps to drive initiatives across the broader TA function.
  • Experience managing vendor programs and external partnerships.
  • Develop project KPIs and milestones to measure progress.
  • System testing to ensure proper workflows approvals etc.
  • Ability to influence at a high level.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ten or more years related work experience.
  • Five or more years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Project/Program management experience.
  • Experience developing strategic sourcing strategies.
  • Experience in brand marketing.
  • Experience managing external vendors and partners (SLAs etc.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Experience negotiating global vendor contracts.
