DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to drive specialized talent acquisition processes that enable the global talent acquisition team in their work to provide high quality talent acquisition services to the Church workforce. Employees at this level work with a high degree of latitude have expert knowledge of specific areas of the talent acquisition process such as preboarding management agency contracts data analysis and talent acquisition technologies. This role reports to the Sr. Manager Global Talent Acquisition with frequent partnerships with department and area HR teams vendors industry contacts and internal as well as external applicants.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the following activities:
- Provide consultative leadership support
- Lead team projects
- Provide support for escalated needs/incidents Responsible for the following essential outputs for assigned departments and global areas:
- Preboarding Management
- Own and manage the pre-boarding process for the central TA team including workforce authorization background checks tracking of process completion accuracy of data coordination with new hire orientation teams etc.
- Manage contract worker submittal through onboarding process working with the internal recruiters HR hiring managers and third-party recruiting agencies
- Work with the Vendor Management Office to monitor and manage contract worker contracts
- Talent Acquisition data analysis (creation of surveys and reports)
- Provide data analyst services to the global organization specific to Talent Acquisition. Including creating and analyzing reports in our Oracle ATS. Analyzing data and trends to help guide organizational decisions around a variety of areas of Talent Acquisition
- Create and manage documentation for talent acquisition processes
- Support the TA team in the administration of pre-hire assessments interview scheduling presentations or any other duties or responsibilities as assigned
- Mentor and guide other Talent Acquisition Coordinators
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with recruiting or hiring processes including preboarding agency contracts and talent acquisition technologies
- Experience with data analysis
- Key skills and core competencies include the ability to:
- Be detailed
- Be organized
- Skillfully analyze data
- Understand and use technology tools and systems
- Communicate effectively to stakeholders
- Mentor and guide others
