Summary

The Recruiting Specialist will develop and execute recruiting plans that attract the best talent across Europe for one client account across Europe. This role supports the regional leadership team with the recruitment of new and replacement hires and the relevant recruiting administration. They will support hiring managers by using a professional and engaging recruitment process. The Recruitment Specialist will create advert templates and post adverts to relevant internal recruitment systems they will source candidates they review and shortlist applications all while maintaining an up-to-date recruitment tracking system. This role will ensure that our Securitas employer brand is consistent in all media. They will work with the regional and global HR team regional operations managers and their teams to quickly fill all vacancies within the agreed upon SLAs

Essential Functions

  1. Work closely with leadership team members to help employees and stakeholders understand recruitment needs and fill open positions quickly.

  2. Implement the overall recruitment strategy at a regional level.

  3. Support the hiring managers with relevant organization such as scheduling interviews gathering interview feedback and being the first point of contact for candidates in the recruitment pipeline for each role.

  4. Source review screen assess and interview candidates.

  5. Work with hiring managers to ensure headcount and vacancy information is accurate and ensure planned recruitment activity is in place.

  6. Undertake all recruitment administration for key roles within the team understanding and acknowledging the challenges of a pan European role.

  7. Liaise with local in-country HR teams to ensure all vacancies are advertised internally and cross-country.

  8. Create and post job requisitions to vacancy website and/or other channels (e.g. external job boards Workplace LinkedIn).

  9. Review all CV applications and provide a shortlist to the hiring managers in agreed SLAs.

  10. Plan and assist the team in preparing selection assessments to identify and select the best people for the specific role.

  11. Leverage recruitment technology when executing key responsibilities.

  12. Ensure the recruitment process is transparent and fair promotes diversity and complies with our diversity policy.

  13. Ensure all roles have job descriptions and clear performance measures identifying any shortfalls to the Global HR Manager.

  14. Source good agencies and build relationships so we have a pool of agencies to use externally as necessary. Identify and measure the success of different recruitment strategies.

  15. Any other duties as directed by the Regional HR Business Partner or the Global HR Manager.

Minimum Hiring Standards

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference depending upon the nature of the position.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must have a reliable means of communication such as cell phone.

  • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).

Must hold or be able to obtain a valid drivers license or equivalent.

Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.

Must have the ability to speak read and write English proficiently.

Must have a high school diploma secondary education equivalent or GED.

Must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.

Education/Experience

  • 3 years of international recruitment experience preferred.

  • Demonstrable experience in understanding Europe market trends and ability to translate this into the business environment.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced detail-oriented workplace where judgment and professionalism are necessities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Work experience in physical security security operations construction design specifications information technology or datacenter environments is a plus.

Special Requirements

  • Have a current passport or be able to obtain one.

  • Able to travel periodically (international or domestic) to support organizational objectives.

  • Comfortable engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal non-verbal and written) and has strong active listening skills.
  • Able to interact effectively with people at many levels of technical experience education and in types of work and from many cultures.
