Job Summary
How you will make an impact.
Report into Head of Non-Spoken Operations
Oversee all aspects of Agency Department activities including all resources.
Sourcing Allocation & Booking of staff and freelance Language Service Professionals (LSPs) as per clients request
Control & implement effective Diary management to ensure full utilisation of LSPs and thereby maximisation of sales
Contribute and develop processes
Establish and maintain relationships with client
Increase profitability
General line management duties
Act as a role model and leader to the bookings department
Support and generate management information reporting
Qualifications :
Experience youll bring
Excellent leadership skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time
Able to multitask prioritise and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented organised team player
Self-motivated and self- directed
Strong verbal and written communications skills

Qualifications
Experience in line management and customer service.
Additional Information :

Salary 30000 - 35000 dependant on experience.
Working Pattern Monday Friday with one hour lunch break full time 37.5 hours p/week
